Question 1

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

Credits pay for generation jobs. Each job type has a cost. Chat without a job does not spend credits, but you still need an active plan and remaining credits to use ClipAd.

Question 2

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. On a successful payment date the balance is set to that month’s grant.

Question 3

What if I run out mid-month?

Accepted Answer

You can buy the next month now. That charges the same plan amount, refills the grant, and moves the next payment date.

Question 4

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel in your account after a short survey. You keep leftover credits until the period end date. A trial you cancel in time is not charged.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 3 days and 300 credits. We take a card at start. After 3 days we charge $29 and set the wallet to 3000, unless you cancel first. You can start the paid plan early.

Try it for 3 days
